I'm Phil Bushee. I work with a small, hand-selected roster of adults who are done guessing. The kind who want to train hard, stay out of pain, and build a body that performs. Every program is built and adjusted around how you actually move and recover. No templates, no autopilot.

The method

Your program responds to you, not a spreadsheet.

Autoregulated off your real strength

Loads track your actual estimated 1-rep-max as it moves. The plan adapts to the day you're having, not the day it predicted.

Deloads are earned, not scheduled

We back off when your performance says to, not because a calendar told us to. Recovery is a signal we read, never a number that drives you.

Built on movement patterns

Squat, hinge, lunge, push, pull, carry, rotate. We train qualities and patterns. The exercises are just how we express them.

Pain-free performance first

Trained under Dr. John Rusin's PPSC framework: get strong without breaking down. If something hurts, we solve it. We don't push through it.
